The Amino Approach

Discovery

During the initial phase of the project, Amino looked at the Case for Change and summarised the existing capability.  The Target State was defined and a Strategy and Delivery framework was created.

Implementation

The second phase implemented the plan created during the discovery phase; to create the Strategic Definitions, develop the Delivery Framework and provide support during the pilot phases. Amino identified key areas to focus on and specific objectives for the phase at the outset.

Outcome

Implementation of an MDM & RDM Delivery Framework which manages Master & Ref Data. There is a single source of Master Data available to be re-used by all and full harmonisation of governed Reference Data. Amino's work has increased interoperability and consistency of reporting across the group.
